Spending time in God's Word is critical to knowing God, following His son Jesus - who is the Word become flesh - and to loving Him with all our mind. Reading and study of Scripture also reveals and unlocks all the promises that God has made to his children: from Adam and Eve through Abraham, and David, and to the disciples of both yesteryears and today.
